    I couldn’t figure out how to get the ball mechanism out. Broke 1 nails and tried a butter knife. Looked it up and after twisting it to loosen it, aim away from you and use both thumbs and push upward. Easy easy! Love these!

    Loved it, after I figured out how to open it! There are no directions so listen up… you need players to gently but firmly grab the just below the ball area and twist the top part off and you will snap it back on so be careful if you fill too full. But it works great
