I really like the way these look. They are nice, But 2 of the 10 did not work. I was trying to contact the company or Amazon to get the 2 replaced but you know what a headache that is, they want me to send all 10 back and wait for them to ship me a new order. I guess the only way is to just eat their broken products in order to make the other 8 to sell to my customers. Not good that I can’t contact the company directly or get a reasonable resolution from Amazon. Probably not going to buy again due the inconvenience and loss of 20% of the order and profit.Edit: Company sent new ones to replace broken ones. They all work great now!
