I ordered the 1-piece (10-oz.) Push Down Pump Dispenser with a Flip Top Cap in Gold.Regarding the gold color:A.) I was a bit nervous that the gold would be too yellow and gaudy looking. However, I was pleasantly surprised. It’s quite tasteful.B.) I was also concerned about the durability of the gold coating, on the screw-on top, because gold tends to turn green and corrode easily, when on plastic. However, this bottle has held up very nicely—probably because the gold portion isn’t really in any contact with the liquid contents. As long as you keep the threaded portion of the bottle dry and don’t just splash the bottle’s contents all over the outside, you shouldn’t have any issues other than normal wear and tear over time—which I’ve yet to experience. I recommend using a funnel to fill the bottle with ease.Regarding the bottle’s function:A.) The push-down dispenser works super well. I placed witch hazel in mine, and 1-2 pushes dispenses an adequate amount of liquid onto a cotton round.I plan to purchase several more of these, to use for things such as eye makeup remover, non-acetone nail polish remover, etc.B.) I cannot speak to how the bottle holds up to acetone. The manufacturer says it is compatible; however, I’ve read many reviews, for similar products by different brands, which recommend disregarding the claim “safe for acetone,” as it did end up damaging those bottles fairly quickly. ??♀️ If I choose to take the risk and place acetone in one of these bottles, I’ll be sure to update my review with how it turns out.Overall, this is a great purchase that I highly recommend. It looks not only neat and today, but also stylish, on my vanity.

There used to be a product you could purchase that was a cleaning solution that you would pump for quick clean ups. That product was discontinued and someone threw away my pump when it was empty. This product is a decent replacement. Because it’s made more for beauty products, it does not have as wide of an area to place the toilet paper, but it works. It’s great to wet a couple of squares of tp and give the toilet a quick wipe to keep it clean in between actual cleanings.It’s holding up well with use, and I’m fairly certain it’s survived people knocking off of the shelf onto the floor.
