When I originally for these Empty Shampoo Containers Bottles, I thought thru were for toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. These are actually flasks. This set comes with two bottles, two reusable funnels, and seals. Each bottle is 17 ounces. They’re easy it to fill with the funnels. They seal well and they look just like shampoo bottles. I’ve also been using the funnels for other things around my home and in my kitchen.

We were scheduled to go on a cruise recently and I was glad to get my hands on these empty “shampoo bottles.” You’re only allowed to bring certain liquids on a cruise ship and need to purchase stuff and a huge markup on the ship. Your suitcase is inspected when you board and anything not approved is removed. Drink packages are expensive on ship and water is not allowed to be packed but costs $18 for a six pack onboard. So, these empty “shampoo bottles” can be used to bring your favorite drink onto the cruise ship and save a few $ in the process. Example; I like to drink a certain band of spirits. So, I filled the bottles with that liquid and was able to have my favorite drink while on the ship. They can also be used to bring other liquids on a vacation. The bottles fill easily, and the included seals are a good thing too. But the cost of these bottles is too expensive. If I had a 3D printer, I could make these bottles myself for much cheaper. It probably costs less than $3 to make each of these bottles so the markup on price is ridiculous. I cannot recommend these for that reason.

These are empty refill bottles for shampoo and conditioner. You get the bottles, labels, caps with seals. Also a funnel and a pour spouts.

These are great for sneaking alcohol onto cruises. Unfortunately I got these the day after I got back from a cruise so I didn’t get to test them out. In the photos they show seals attached to the bottles but I didn’t see any adhesive or anything to make them work the way it is shown. I don’t know how to attach the tamper proof seals aside from just slipping them under the caps. If the caps are opened then the seals are removed as well defeating the illusion of an unopened shampoo/conditioner bottle. There are 2x of the shampoo and 2x conditioner stickers so you can make these appear to be any combination of shampoos, conditioners, or one of each. These are a bit expensive for empty bottles. If you are really cheap like me (which you probably are if you’re looking at ordering these instead of paying cruise prices for alcohol) you might be better off with contact lens saline solution bottles instead of these.

We got these for a cruise. We don’t drink too much so these containers are a good size for us. The bottles are a hard plastic and white so you don’t see the contents. They came with 5 sticky seals for added protection from possible leakage and to seal the bottle. This also came with a funnel ensuring easy filling and a bottle pourer. It also brought 4 bottle stickers, 2 shampoo and 2 conditioner. The label is the main component of these bottles that make it less than ideal. I do like the front of the label, although it could have been designed to look like a more typical product label. The back repeats the instructions in every language known to man when a simple statement, then directions, ingredients and then manufacture would have looked better and a bit more believable. Also one look at the distributed by is a dead giveaway that it’s fake. Our other criticism is that the label print is a little blurry, and also that it only includes 5 bottle seals so you’re required to get additional seals for more than a few uses. We do like that the label is a sticker so that you can potentially add your own, but the sticker was a bit bent and had a crease.

These seem like sturdy plastic bottles that will hold up for multiple trips. There is even a small funnel included to help fill them. I didn’t really like the labels, they look good from a quick far look, but don’t pass the test on a closer look. You also have to apply the labels to the bottle yourself, can be tough to get things looking perfectly aligned. We’ll see if we have success on our next cruise with these.
