Update: Customer service was excellent, they took care of things. The mirror sticks well to the tile wall, and has stayed up despite crazy kids.Not returnable. It seems to be ok, but it sticks out really far in the shower (3.5”) I need something low profile.

The mirror wouldn’t stay up on the shower tiles until I cleaned the connected surfaces with rubbing alcohol, so that step should be stated in the installation instructions. Now that it’s installed properly, I’m Very Happy with it. ?

This mirror is a mixed bag. It is big enough. It’s not portable. It’s fully adjustable. It works when it’s not foggy. Is has anti fog but the feature only works sort of or works fully if the mirror is not near the water which would have to be hot. The mirror doesn’t stay on my shower wall by it’s self or with the adhesive. I have to use a separate adhesive circle on the adhesive circle that the mirror comes with. But one of these mirrors still fell and it wasn’t near the water. So minus the negatives I still love it.
