This is thick, sturdy, and durable. Its compact so it doesn’t fit tons of items but should hold all the essentials. Its super handy and convenient to travel with this, although its a bit heavy. But you will have a mirror and a light to do your makeup anywhere!

I’ll definitely make use of this travel case, but it doesn’t fit as much makeup as I was hoping it would. The pieces that separate it into different compartments are kind of a pain to deal with, too. I haven’t totally decided what makeup I’ll end up using it for, partly because I was hoping it would fit my collection of face powders. While quite a few can fit all in a row, not all of them will, and I’m struggling to figure out how to best use the dividers with my collection.One thing I had to figure out is that you want to decide where the longest divider goes first and the easiest way to move it is to take out all the rest of the smaller dividers, then slide it up and down instead of trying to take it out all the way. I’m not even sure if you can fully take it out as is, because two flaps on top get in the way of pulling it out, so you’d probably have to pull it out at an angle.I think this might be better suited to someone with a smaller collection of makeup, because I could easily fill a travel train case twice the size and even bigger. The other thing is while I was trying to load up the whole case and put the dividers in, the mirror portion is so heavy that it kept falling down and slamming down on my hand. So you have to be careful how you lay it down, or what surface you put it on so it doesn’t keep closing on you… it could use some sort of gadget to keep it open.I do like that the mirror is removable, though, and maybe that’s a better way to use it, because it does look like it has a kick stand on it to use it on its own. Overall, I like this case, but I’m trying to figure out how to best use it for my large collection of makeup. The rose color is really pretty, too.
