UPDATE – The company reached out to me and was very kind. Quickly sent me a replacement. The crack in the mirror seems to occur where the clasp to the stays are hooked. I have been unhooking the clasps and tucking them away from the mirror and so far so good. Poorly designed. The mirror cracked the first time I used it. Unfortunately waited too long to try it out and missed the return window by one day. Lots of reviews about the mirror cracking- I should have listened to them!
